An in-house concept for an ERP dashboard, designed with the same care usually reserved for customer-facing products.
The Challenge
Internal business software is often treated as an afterthought compared to customer-facing products, even though the people using it — a company's own team — spend hours in it every day.
The Idea
Design the dashboard with the same care as a consumer app: clear hierarchy, deliberate use of colour to highlight what matters, and screens that don't need a training session to understand.
Creative Direction
A dark navy interface with teal data-visualisation accents, where colour is used sparingly and specifically to draw attention to what needs it — not decoration for its own sake.
Execution
An information architecture for the dashboard, key-screen concepts (overview, inventory, reports), and a small component system so new modules can be added without a redesign each time.
Concept Outcome
The intended result is a dashboard design system flexible enough to grow with a business's software, rather than a one-off screen design that ages the moment a new feature is needed.
